Thank you for supporting the 'It's a Doddle' event as part of the Big Give Christmas Challenge - a national week of fundraising where every donation is doubled!  To sign up for the event, each participant needs to complete the information below.  Further details will be emailed to you prior to the event.  If you have any queries please email - fundraising@calvertlakes.org.uk.

Terms & Conditions - It's a Doddle

Signing In & Out: All participants must sign in & out of the event.
Numbers in Group: A minimum of two people can start at any one time and must remain together throughout the event.  Larger groups must also all remain together throughout the event.
Age: Participants must be over the age of 18, or accompanied by an adult.
Navigation: Participants are responsible for their own navigation from the start point to the col and returning to the finish.  Reflective signage will be placed on the route to assist you.  Maps of the route will also be provided at the start.
Medical & Fitness: Participants should be medically fit on the day of the event & agree to take part at their own risk.
Safety: Participants are responsible for their own safety on the forest trail. Participants must keep left at all times whilst on the trail. The trail is open to the general public, so please give way to other trail users.
First Aid: There will be a First Aider available throughout the event.
Safety Equipment: All participants should arrive with required safety equipment to include - waterproofs, spare layer, torch, mobile phone and a whistle.  During the hours of darkness, cyclists must have front and rear lights & high visibility clothing is recommended. 
Dogs: Dogs are welcome (and their ascent does count) but must remain on a lead at all times.
Environment:  All participants should act in a manner which ensures minimal impact upon the environment, for example, leave no litter, close any gates, and keeping to the main trails.
